I've had this vac/map since launch and it's been amazing for us so far. We have a 50/50 split on carpet and hardwood and it handles both really well. The detection is pretty good as well, I haven't noticed it bumping into anything ever. It seems to slow down before it needs to bump something like other robovacs. The app isn't as feature rich as Roborock but it has all the basic functionality needed and I think it has a simpler UI

I have this and I'm ok with it. Even though it's suppose to be smart it still struggles to go around pet toys, rugs, a table with a low lower shelf, etc. Before using I know I need to make sure I pick stuff up. Also I find that it does a decent job cleaning but when I go over the floor with a mop the water is still pretty dirty. I don't wear shoes in the house and I have a cat. My home is all tile. This is my first robot vac.

Bought this when they introduced it for around same price and would not recommend.
One main issue, while the mop was working is that mop doesn't clean edges and corners well. It has an option where it would be slow but will do the edges properly but it still doesn't work.
Unit is tall so it doesn't go under cabinets and fridge having to clean manually.
Its been only 3 months and mop has stopped working right now and app showing an error and asking to call customer service, have tried twice but its been impossible to get their service on the call.

Really solid price for this vacuum! Super tempting. I have an older model with 4000pa suction, this has double that, can't even imagine how much better it is. Reviews seem great.

Great deal imo. Vacuum War and Just A Dad both have YT videos about this, and they rated it very highly. It seams to be the best robot vacuum under $1000. Imo better than QRevo. The best feature is the object detection which can see cords and other things to avoid, and it's much better than the competition in this price range (very important if you have pets/kids that leave the house messy). The trade off is that mopping and vacuuming is not as good as something like the QRevo. But for most people they would rather have the convenience of not having to clean up cords and messes to be able to run the vacuum. I'm confident that this is the lowest price we've seen so far on this vacuum. Highly recommend.

Tempted as well and I never thought about spending $600 for a vacuum/mop but we have hard floors throughout the entire apartment and they visibly get dirty faster than the tile we had so if this could be like a set it and forget for clean floors it would really be worth the time savings

Currently have the S7+ but want to upgrade for improved mop function and battery is getting old. Thanks!

Not seeing $582... seeing $826 - 213 with coupon = 613...so pretty much b1g1 bottle of cleaner vs if you just bought the cleaner with the 200$ coupon

Is there something additional when you log in?

Love mine. Had it since release and have had no issues. Works great on both carpet and hardwood.

I have this and I'm ok with it.
