I've had 2 units over the years that both had issues a few months shy of the 5 year warranty and Vornado honored them BOTH times 👍 Tbf there website is a little decrepit and it wasnt the easiest to navigate but--its hard to beat recieving TWO brand new units almost 5 years after buying them, no matter what the product is. Don't know about you, but that's the kind of thing that inspires brand loyalty imo, and not unjustifiably...just my 2 cents

I have 6 of these fans and they work wonders in the humid south. I tie it to the nest thermostats and when the temp gets high they turn on.

I think I own like 3 or 4 Vornado fans and one of the knobs broke/cracked after a couple years of usage. I emailed them to ask if I can purchase a replacement knob and they sent one out free of charge. They only asked for my address and model number to make sure the knob fit.

The fans perform well too and all of them still function to this day with no issues. I got different fans ranging from knobs that adjust from high, medium and low settings to the dial where u can turn it to adjust the CFM manually.
