When that didn't fix it, they sent a brand new LR3 with a letter saying happy holidays (this was around Christmas time), and instructed me to dispose of the old LR3. I decided to bypass the cat sensors on the old one and just plugged it into a smart switch to have it power cycle every hour (power cycling forces the unit to run its cycle). Both the old and new one, now 5 years later, are still working strong.
Once they break, I fully intend to purchase this again (either LR3 or LR4). This thing is a game changer vs scooping it yourself, and the company 100% backs their product.
