Seems like a good sale. Still pricey compared to many other good ones from Tesla, Emporia, and even Grizzl-E.

I had a deal alert for these since I'm looking for a 14-50 model, ideally with NACS, and OCPP support (higher utility rebate).

Tesla charger is compatible with level1 and level2 charging for 250 bucks. This isn't a good deal.

The Emporia charger is $400 and I've been very happy with it so far

What makes this deal is if your local utility subsidizes only certain brand chargers. The charge point is more likely be on the list than other smaller/newer brands. You may also take advantage of any electric discounts because your local utility offers a separate time of usage rate that only an approved list of chargers will work with.

For example, my local utility has a list of compatible chargers for their TOU rate, and the list was a bunch of chargepoint, excelX, and some other commercial brands. No Tesla, emporia, grizzlE, or any other good quality brands were on the list.

I use emporia that I got for 299 last year from woot. My energy company gave 250 back, so ended up being 50 plus tax

As always have said, I was recommend people to check their electrical company. Mine currently has it on their marketplace webpage for $349.

I've been using this model since 2020. It has worked great. I like to be able to track how much I am spending for charging. It's also very easy to set the hours of when to charge.

Their page doesn't specify whether it is NACS or J1772

I just ordered the Autel, amazon has it for $276 right now if you clip the $100 coupon on top of the prime deal.
