Lowes has the Kobalt 24V SDS Plus Rotary Hammer on clearance for as low as $53.54 (It's a "clearance" so YMMV--may also be in-store only at your particular location).
This is a nice lightweight rotary hammer for brick, mortar, concrete, and stone drilling up to 7/8" solid masonry hammer bits. It can run diamond (or regular) holesaws on NON-hammer mode if they are SDS Plus or regular shanks with a 3-jaw SDS chuck [amazon.com] attached.
From experience, this is NOT a heavy duty Bosch jackhammer, but it IS very helpful for chipping up tile cleanly and efficiently and drilling holes in brick. With the right laminate scraper, it is very efficient at removing laminate floors very cleanly. Notes: it is tool-only (you must already be in the 24V Kobalt environment) and it does not have vibration control so please wear gloves and take regular breaks.
