Going through warranty process right now for a X15 I got from them. The scroll will started to give problems and be erratic. Apparently a known issue as noted on the deal page and on reddit. The claim process was straight forward, however you will have to pay shipping for sending the defective mouse for RMA. They pay the return shipping.

Not sure how good the X17 is but just plan for paying $5 to $10 on shipping for RMA one or two years from now.

it looks like it has vents on the front. I guess thats to help keep the electronics on the inside cooler when things get super extremely dicey in a fortnight match or for a european playing EA FC soccer scoring 30 goals against some old dude american... things which might heat up the hand and make that skibbidy mouse hot and steamy, brahh!

I have the same problem and the fix was to blow air hard into the scroll while scrolling it couple times. This usually fixes it for at least couple weeks

Yeah, I did that too and also the flipping the mouse around and scrolling the wheel on top of a table. It didn't help. The mouse lasted about a year till it got really bad. The mouse only lasted about a year before it got really bad.

Crossing my fingers that they still have some old stock of the mouse and replace it with same model as the one I got is no longer supported.
