Depends on your pump and maybe how much lift. I use the older Ecoflow River that has 600W output and it powers my backup 1/3HP pump fine. The running voltage is about 500w based on the energy monitoring switch it's connected to. Manufacturer claims the inrush/start current would pull about 1000W. I do have the x-boost thing turned on, but those numbers are just inside what's it's supposed to handle without x-boost.

Ah, thank you. So it's more about how much power it is and how often it activates. I just want something as emergency. The house is built quite good so the pump doesn't move much on a good day.
