Wait for Black Friday. Even then you're probably looking at $60 since they raised the price to $80. The days of $30 12 month subscriptions from sites like Eneba and CDKeys have been gone for 2 or 3 years. If you don't want to drop all that money at once, you can always do the 3 month/$25 subscription. It's obviously more money in the long run, but it's easier for some people to pay $25 every few months than it is to drop $80 at one time.

There's no PS5 upgrade though, and the PS4 version is definitely inferior.

Debating on 2.

Horizon DLC: Burning Shores is $12.99 (my purchase threshold was $10)

Hogwarts Legacy at $27.99 but holding out for the physical copy to pop up today for PS5

Remnant 2 for $25 is an absolute steal. The game fried my GPU when it first came out since it wasn't optimized and has been through almost 3 dozen patches but it's at it's prime right now, especially with new cross play update

You can try before you buy on gamepass and PlayStation subs.

Ever since that Nikke mobile game had a Dave the Diver mini game added a few weeks ago, I have been obsessed, it's super fun. My PS+ expires in a week so I'm desperately trying to plat it before then but honestly it's worth buying. Fantastic gameplay loop and it's got a great sense of humor

To get a US one, your only option is to just pay Sony their asking price. They occasionally offer 30% off for new subscribers. Set an alert on SD for the next one.

Dave the Diver is surprisingly good. Much more to it than the initial game suggests. The crossover with Dredge and Godzilla (both free) are nice additions.

If you like Stardew Valley or rougelike games, Dave the Diver is an unexpected gem... I can't believe I hadn't heard about it until the recent sale on Steam.

PlayStation's Black Friday deal in the store usually is when I buy it.

The Horizon DLC is quite good. I found it better than the DLC for Zero Dawn. It has better fleshed out characters and a good bit of challenge to it if you're not playing on the easy modes. I would say $12.99 is well worth it if you love the series s much as I do.

I definitely miss the days of $25-$35 12 month codes.
