The Blueberry Lemonade doesn't have sugar, does have sucralose. I keep creatine, citrulline, and arginine, just mixing them with water is somewhat unpleasant. Assume pre-workouts usually have some kind of sweetener for a more mass market appeal.

yeah, I'm leaning toward mixing those myself, too. I'd rather deal with unpleasant taste than stress over negative impact of sweeteners on my metabolism.

seems too niche for mainstream manufacturers (it'll taste like gritty chalk at best, but more likely unpleasant and bitter)
If you want to DIY, some of the most effective ingredients are citrulline malate, beta alanine, caffeine (optional). Can get all 3 unflavored
Citrulline malate is the main one I swear by, I get the flavored stuff, but unflavored version is on sale
Wouldn't recommend mixing them yourself though, and if you do leave caffeine out and measure separately. There's some science into uniform mixing and if you mess it up you might overdose on caffeine

Just take a caffeine pill or a cup of Joe before work-out if you need this. It's much cheaper. Plus this product contains carrageenan which is a potential carcinogen/inflammatory ingredient.
