I got the L10s Ultra renewed from ebay for $400 and have been wondering the same thing.
Here's what I found that matters to me:

L10s has 2 year warranty from Allstate vs. 1 year warranty from manufacturer. People complain about manufacturer customer support. You can get a 2 year warranty from Assurion for $60.
L10s cost $400 vs $630 (or $690 with equivalent warranty).

Here's what I found that doesn't matter to me (YMMV):

L20 (Ultra) has 7,000 vs 5,300 Pa of suction. 5,300 Pa is fine on our rugs and carpets, but they're not super plush. We're also upgrading from 1500-1800 Pa (Ozmo T8, Roomba i7), so 5,300 is huge.
L20 has lights on the front for better object detection in the dark. We run ours during the day, so it doesn't matter. If we need to run it at night, I will turn on lights or stick an LED strip on it.
L20 can extend mops to edge. We have mostly hard floors. I don't notice dirt that needs to be mopped in the edges. This is also something that people complain about breaking.
L20 can drop off and pick up mops at base. This sounds cool but I don't see the point when it can just lift the mop instead. Seems like one more thing that can break, and people complain that it does.
L20 has slightly better battery life, dust bin size, mop height, sound level. But it's all insignificantly small amounts.

At the moment I'm keeping the L10s Ultra. Hopefully this helps someone. I'm curious to hear if there's anything I've missed.
Eufy X10 haas 8,000 Pa of suction power compared to L20's 7,000. Dreame can automatically drop off the mop pads at the base while X10 is only manual. Both can raise the pads and only L20 has extendable pads while X10's software compensates for by getting closer to edges. Eufy will take pics of obstacles and send them to the app. L20's base is larger, which can hold more water but takes up more space. Eufy is available on their website with replacement kit for $606 with 10% back via popular site.

I ordered the Eufy X10 Omni yesterday for $599, but then saw this stacking coupon deal to bring the price of the L20 down to $630 for a new unit. Both seem like good units, so not sure which is the better choice here. Seems like feature wise, the Dreame has more options at the expense of worse support if you have issues, but it checks off almost all of the features i would want.

Edit: Dreame L20 came in and i cancelled the Eufy X10. The L20 works great so far and has a ton of features. I think the app works really well to get everything configured.

I've watched many videos on both, and it seems like they are fairly close in features. I do know the Dreame can take pictures of objects and you can also drive the vacuum as a mobile camera to see if you left a door open or talk to a pet. The vacuum performance and battery life seems to be the less strong point on the eufy, but still good. I ended up cancelling the Eufy order for now and will try the Dreame, so as to not have to return one. It seems we are super close to getting the ideal setup for these feature wise that it has been building up to. $600 is the most I would want to spend on one, so those $1800 units seem crazy. Just need the tech to keep coming down.

Previously they weren't charging tax on Dreame website, but now they do. Seems better to stick with Amazon for easier return and cashback

7% if you have Chase CC and select no rush. Amazon has it for the same price $630 after the coupon in the post.

I have the l20 and im impressed by the performance and cleaning ability. It's basically set and forget. The only thing i ever have to do is change out the water and add new water every now and then other wise its amazing at keeping my home clean.

This dreame L20 blows the x10 out of the water! I had tbe x10 and returned it. Total crap. The L20 is a phenomenal robot cleaner.

I am wondering the exact same thing.

Seems the l20 has a separate container for detergent solution, but no hot water mop cleaning. Also only 7000Pa claimed suction.
T30S has no detergent solution container, but hot water mop cleaning. Plus better claimed (11,000Pa) suction.
Other features seemed similar or equal.
No idea about real life performance.

Also, additional coupon "50T30SOMNI" brings T30S price to $650.

Any additional feedback would be awesome.

I bought the T20 from Walmart for $330 recently and I find it not that great. The first day I left it alone to run, it ruined the map, and internally got confused and spun the map 90 degrees with thinking the dock was in my yard somewhere. So it couldn't figure out how to get back home and started adding new rooms to the map I spent a bunch of time customizing. I had to restore the map and get it to relearn the dock position. Seems to be a common complaint with the ecovacs. If you close some doors or move things around it gets confused. It also uses a ton of water because it doesn't have an internal tank and washes the mop pads every time it goes back home to reset the pads. The app is okay, it is a struggle to divide rooms. Overall when it works, it does okay. Goes a bit slow and seems to do things strangely and is not confident in where it wants to go, but it cleaned my house adequately. I had a roborock S5 for 5 years and it did great, but the ecovacs didn't inspire confidence in my first few days.
