I got the L10s Ultra renewed from ebay for $400 and have been wondering the same thing.
Here's what I found that matters to me:

L10s has 2 year warranty from Allstate vs. 1 year warranty from manufacturer. People complain about manufacturer customer support. You can get a 2 year warranty from Assurion for $60.
L10s cost $400 vs $630 (or $690 with equivalent warranty).

Here's what I found that doesn't matter to me (YMMV):

L20 (Ultra) has 7,000 vs 5,300 Pa of suction. 5,300 Pa is fine on our rugs and carpets, but they're not super plush. We're also upgrading from 1500-1800 Pa (Ozmo T8, Roomba i7), so 5,300 is huge.
L20 has lights on the front for better object detection in the dark. We run ours during the day, so it doesn't matter. If we need to run it at night, I will turn on lights or stick an LED strip on it.
L20 can extend mops to edge. We have mostly hard floors. I don't notice dirt that needs to be mopped in the edges. This is also something that people complain about breaking.
L20 can drop off and pick up mops at base. This sounds cool but I don't see the point when it can just lift the mop instead. Seems like one more thing that can break, and people complain that it does.
L20 has slightly better battery life, dust bin size, mop height, sound level. But it's all insignificantly small amounts.

At the moment I'm keeping the L10s Ultra. Hopefully this helps someone. I'm curious to hear if there's anything I've missed.
Eufy X10 haas 8,000 Pa of suction power compared to L20's 7,000. Dreame can automatically drop off the mop pads at the base while X10 is only manual. Both can raise the pads and only L20 has extendable pads while X10's software compensates for by getting closer to edges. Eufy will take pics of obstacles and send them to the app. L20's base is larger, which can hold more water but takes up more space. Eufy is available on their website with replacement kit for $606 with 10% back via popular site.

I bought the same Ecovacs deal coming from a roborock S5 for 5 years and have not been impressed. The first day alone the wcovacs messed up the map by rotating it and thinking the dock was in the yard and got lost and just stopped and waited for me to get it. I had to restore the map and retract where the home was. It caught on 3 of my rugs the first time it ran and gave up each time. It seems uncertain when it navigates and maps. It went back and forth between two rooms across the house for 20 minutes when it first did the mapping. The room layout is weird and gave me issues trying to divide rooms. Overall it just seems buggy, and that's the consensus of people who have lived with it. It's not worth saving money if it's going to cause me pain for years. It did work well enough when cleaning and mopping. It uses a lot of water when mopping because it doesn't have a water tank onboard and has to go back to the dock to rewet the pads. It then cleans and washes them each time and just eats through water.

I just got the Dreame L20 in today. It's been so much better so far but I haven't used it much. Moving around is much quieter. The mapping did a much better job. It saw my rugs and cords and different items and avoided them and sent a picture to the app for me to review. The app seems better. Having the onboard solution tank is much nicer than having to mix water. And this can be refilled with some work so you don't have to buy a new tank each time. Unless I find a deal breaker, the ecovacs is going back.
Thanks for the feedback - exactly the type I was looking for!

Got this one for my second floor. So far it takes way longer than my S7 MaxV to complete a vacuum-only cleaning. It also has more false obstacles. I have the QRevo Pro on the way and will return whichever one functions the worst.

The Dreame app seems more complicated to navigate vs the Roborock app as well.
Let me know how is the Q Revo Pro compared to this one. TIA!

I got Amazon to exchange the Dreame L20 for another one. Waiting for it to arrive so I can compare both L20 (without updating firmware) and Q Revo Pro.

Did test run for Q Revo Pro and it's as fast as my S7 MaxV for vacuuming although the obstacle avoidance isn't as good due to no camera.

Any update on Q Revo Pro vs the Dreame L20? Thanks!! I am debating between the two.

The replacement L20 runs much better. Takes a bit longer than the Q Revo Pro and still has some falsely recognized obstacles but nowhere near as bad as with the updated firmware.

I like that the L20 leaves the mop pads behind and auto mixes the detergent.

The Q Revo Pro works very good but I have a lot of little objects and toys throughout the house so I am going to keep the L20 due to obstacle avoidance being better than Q Revo Pro.

Can you please explain what you mean by "replaced one"? Do you mean you like the one WITHOUT the updated firmware? How do you also like the mopping compared to Q Revo Pro? Thanks!!
