I personally like the Dell. It comes with a 3-year warranty. It is also 350 nits instead of 300 like this one. I bought two of the other day using additional coupon code save 10 to knock another 10% off

HDR10
Brightness 300 nits
Contrast ratio 2500:1
Pixels Per Inch (ppi) 91
The only downsides I see are:
-Brightness of 300 nits seems very low
-No support for Nvidia/Gsync
-No height or rotation adjustments
