PowerColor is definitely the best brand for AMD gpu's , I have this card, it's great, but I paid 1100 a few months ago.

Performance wise PowerColor and Sapphire are the top brands, but they only have 2 year warranty.
For PowerColor, warranty is voided for Amazon resale (used) cards while other brands might still have valid warranty (based on serial number, etc).
It's a shame their warranty length / policy are the worst in the industry.

I have the 7900XTX (different brand) and it's a fantastic card with great value for your money.
