75 ounces of sprite for $4 isn't a good deal, that's about 6 regular 12 ounce sodas, I can get a 12 pack for $4 or a little more pretty often at either of my local grocery stores.

And it wasn't that long ago! The price of pop has more than doubled since 2020, but ppl keep buying, so I guess Coke, Pepsi, et. al. figure "why drop the price now?"

Regular 12-ounce cans are produced in much higher volumes compared to smaller cans. This high volume production reduces the cost per unit for regular cans. Smaller cans are often marketed as premium or healthier options, which can justify a higher price.
Consumers who prefer smaller cans are often willing to pay a bit more for the convenience and portion control they offer.

I literally came here to say the same thing. That's the price I'm willing to buy soda at. Luckily, I'm a big fan of water
