Ive found lots of first get PS4s on my local marketplace website for 80 and under. You might need a new battery on the controller but these are easy to refurb yourself with a wipe-down and a re-paste.
Not a bad price, when I was looking at Craigslist in my area last summer most people were asking $150 to $200 for PS4s but usually those included a few games and maybe an extra controller. But there are no returns on warranties on Craigslist so that's when a dealer might be a decent alternative. I wound up getting from Craigslist a PS4 slim 1TB I think for $140 and tested it before purchase.
I just took a look at eBay and there's a good amount of PS4 Pros (support 4k) going in the $150 to $200 range so you might consider those as well
In all honesty, other than load times..I prefer the previous gen. The PS5 controllers drift and hurt my hands. And the console itself is an eyesore. If the HD fails on PS5...you are SOL

The DS4 also have stick drift though they do appear to be a bit less prone than the DualSense.
For everyone else, I'd encourage you to check out FB Marketplace if your looking for a PS4. I'm all the time seeing people buying PS4s from there at around the $100 give or take a bit each way.
