I envy people who can buy boards these large and have huge cases. I feel like my mini itx build is still too big sometimes
Regardless, deal seems solid. Biggest stinger is the lack of upgrades beyond 14th gen. If you're looking for long term upgrade paths, I'd consider AM5. Hopefully they support it for as long as they have with AM4
It should be noted that 13th and 14th gen CPUs currently are under scrutiny for extremely high failure rates. Reports from Level1Techs and GamersNexus, who's sources include crash databases from popular video games and gaming server providers that use 13th and 14th gen consumer processors, have stated that up to 50% of 13th and 14th gen CPUs have the defect and 15-25% have already been RMA'd. Lowering CPU clocks / voltages as gaming server providers have done only delay the issue. Alderon games has reported the issue even impacts mobile CPUs.
I do not recommend getting a 13th or 14th gen CPU until this issue is resolved. Intel has yet to come out to state the scope of the issue and has yet to state how it will make it right for customers who have a defective CPU.
