Any reviews on this? I don't see any soda flavors so seems to just be juice type drinks. Can you use soda stream flavors on this? Are the co2 containers self refillable or have to buy new/exchange?

I love this thing - my wife and I use it multiple times a day. You can make any drink you want, including cola, by just stirring in the appropriate syrup after it dispenses the water. I find it to be significantly more consistent in carbonation than using the manual push-button Sodastream models, and I also like the fact that I can pour in 6oz increments rather than filling an entire bottle.

They use sodastream-compatible screw-in CO2. In our case though, I hooked up a 10lb tank with a hose and fittings I bought off of Amazon for $35. It's more than paid for itself in the long term. In our area, a 10lb exchange costs about $25 after tax. They are good for about 10 Sodastream-sized refills.

Can I've the link of those fitments you have used with your 10lb tank?

I run a similar setup with an older SodaStream model. Good to know this one uses the same co2 tanks. I wonder if it's worth it upgrading to this model. My current setup one has been working just fine for almost 6 years.

Great deal if you're someone who drinks a lot of sparkling waters like La Croix!! You can mix and match flavors and adjust carbonation

My girl and so like it a lot. Didn't get the cool Costco pack but she likes the gray better. I like it better than the soda stream simply because you can just put a cup in vs using the bottle in screwing it in. The flavors are good. It if you don't want to subscribe to that business model… there's a million other products to flavor your fizzy water.

Thanks for this! I didn't realize you just mixed in the soda stream flavors as I never used one, assumed it all went through the machine. I guess I'll try this out and grab some zero mt dew off amazon. Where did you purchase your 10 lb tank and where do you get it refilled?

I just got it from Costco and love it; it has great flavors and is easy to use. However, the flavored water drops seem to be very expensive, each costing $7 and making approximately 17 drinks (12 oz)—more expensive than Coke on sale.

I also got mine and tried it today. You can use any flavoring and just add it after you make the sparkling water. Walmart has soda stream flavors for $5 and it claims to make "24 cans". Or you can add some mio or crystal light. I'm going to stop by dollar tree and grab a few different water powder flavors and try them, I hear the root beer one is really good.

The local welding chain around here (Central Welding) dabbles in beverage gasses and they offer beverage grade co2. I just got the tank from them and exchange it when it needs to be refilled.
