Only Two Ingredients: Dry Roasted Almonds, Palm Oil

The amount of food fraud in this country is ridiculous. This is just margerine with maybe a few almonds

Costco or Trader Joe's private label are my go to almond butters. Both a good value and no BS ingredients.

The health nuts (pun intended) are in the building! Jeez...you might think one jar of almond butter with palm oil as an ingredient was going to give you instant heart disease and you'll have a heart attack before you finish the jar!

There is a difference between "butter" made with only nuts, and "butter" made from nuts, oil and salt. I go with the latter. I eat it in moderation. And, most importantly, it tastes better!

Moderation, you know?
