Picked up one of these today. Received the 5 year warranty (thought maybe there's something wrong with the tv being the reason for add the warranty). Also receiving the streaming service credit and I think a gift card (I was confused about that point, but we will see).

Anyways, thanks for the heads-up on this one. I wish it would have had Dolby Vision; however, for my viewing, I don't know how much not having it matters. Oh, I also saw that it has an ATSC 3.0 tuner (something I've wanted to try). I'll provide updates to let you all know how it's going.
Quick Update. I really like the display of this TV. Although DolbyVision would be a great addition, I'm still impressed with HDR10+ (when you can find content), and HDR10 (yeah, I know, not DolbyVision). 4K, 1080p, and even some 720p (Streamed and Over The Air) content looks amazing! From a display perspective, this TV's display certainly exceeds my expectations.

Now, for the TV OS, Tizen. Of all the item included with this TV, this has to be the absolute worst experience of them all. I find myself sometimes wishing the TV had Google or Apple TV OS. With all the ads, and lack of content categories, they could have kept this Tizen ridiculousness. Also, the remote is too minimalist to me. I found that if you are searching for something to watch and overshoot your search, you have to restart your search from the beginning - waste of time. Seriously, I sometimes wonder if I should have paid the $50 to $100 extra to get the Sony TV (Google TV OS - we have a 55inch Hisense U8. Great execution. How does Hisense beat Samsung at the TV experience???), or the LG( Good OS also). Anyways, enough of the negatives.

Overall, I'm glad to have purchased this television, and would buy it all over again. Just don't forget to add your favorite 4K streaming device when you get the TV…

You should never call. The reason is: employees may notify friends or relatives about the deal or the employee will buy it themselves. They also may hide the item for a friend to pick up later. I know this is a large TV and hard to hide. I'm speaking of all products not just this one.
You're right!! that was happened to me not the TV but Homedepot tool deal.
