Seems a bit pricey. I get these at HomeGoods frequently, not individually wrapped, but a stack of 10 for $5/pack.

That's a surprising amount of fiber.

I think these are like a "healthy" version of the normal caramel waffle cookie things these resemble.

And Home Goods / TJ Maxx have them in many different flavors.

In for one, perhaps against my better judgment. I haven't been able to get chips or cookies from Amazon that don't arrive demolished. This is cheaper than the clearance/sale price at Wally World right now, though.

I've had the mini ripvans and they taste like every other stroopwafel -- meaning, absolutely delicious. If your goal is exercise nutrition you'd be better off w/ "normal" stroopwafels, as the ripvans are high in fiber and low in sugar -- which would be great for low calorie snacking, but defeats the purpose of quick energy food during a bike ride or other activities. Walmart has more traditional ones for about 5 bucks [walmart.com] and I just used them as my main race food in a duathlon without issue.

I'm not a fan of these, aside from the higher price, they're too sweet. Too bad Costco doesn't currently have the stroopwafels right now.

Thanks, that's exactly what I was thinking of using them for, cycling. I'm gonna check out those you linked to

Now that I'm training harder on the bike, I know I need to fuel better

I bought a bag at Costco. These are pretty good, but I could not stop farting. Chicory root fiber is the reason. So, if you are planning to eat half of the Costco bag, stay home, wear something comfortable, and open the windows.
