I am using this fan right now. At 2 feet from me blowing on my back I can feel it though my mesh chair, my dress shirt and a tee shirt.
Also
I have taken this fan apart and bent the metal blades to make a vibration machine.
I did this to vibrate the "work fitbit." The work fitbit was used to reduce the amount of health saving account HSA match my employeer paid.
My employeer lowered the match to zero then made us meet arbitrary daily goals to earn the money back. 500 steps in 5 minutes 6 times a day. 10000 steps a day, and 3000 steps in 20 minutes. Each goal gave you $1 for your HSA. $3x365 = $1095
At first I tried to do the required walking for the match but at a company where it was normal town eat at your desk during unpaid lunch to keep up with work the walking wasn't obtainable. I turned off location services for the insurance company app that kept track of my walking and 3 days later it said it wouldn't report my steps without it. This was the final straw.
I got this fan, a smart switch, an old phone, a new Google account, and a wood box.
I used the new Google account on my old phone that never went anywhere.
I bent the fan blades to vibrate, attached the fitbit to it. I set up the smart switch to get my steps.

Being able to use it remotely while camping, and being able to move it from room to room and power source to power source without turning it off, is worth an extra $5 or $10, there's no doubt in my mind.
Nice enough fan though.
I bought a few of these a few months ago for $5.46 & regularly check the fan aisle for discounts instore, so yeah, this is regular price.
I commented this last time it was posted & so did others, but it gets posted every few weeks.

It has a little switch on the back. I don't notice any vibration
I had a Vornado for years at work and really liked it. It lasted about 8 or 10 years. Even so, going with the WM one for now.

I even found a new and novel use for the fan. We have a mini fridge in the garage and it needed defrosting. All other fans we had were too big to put in there and thaw the freezer compartment. This was the perfect size. Plugged it into an old Wyze USB plug (camera had died) and pointed the air directly at the ice buildup. In no time, everything was melted. Way faster than just waiting for ambient air to do the job.
My only challenge was actually finding them in the stores that I visited. The websites said it was in the seasonal products area. Wrong. Actually found it (two different stores) in the area that sells fans. Be sure to look for the $5.46 price tag. There were other similar ones for about $20.
I have a battery powered Energizer which is all plastic, makes a racket, and needs to be re-charged every day.
I'll take these camping, just plug it into one of the outlets in the car, or a power station/tool battery or whatnot.
