Interesting. The three pack was not included in the list of products available with this offer. What I had available:

12x16oz Extra Crunchy - $37.44 list, less 25% = $28.08, less 15% S&S = $23.87 ($1.99 ea)
10x28oz Extra Crunchy - $41.93 list, less 25% = $31.44, less 15% S&S = $26.73 ($2.23 ea)
4x40 oz Creamy - $23.96 list, less 25% = $17.97, less 15 S&S = $15.28 ($3.82 ea)
12x16oz Reduced Fat Creamy - $37.44 list, less 25% = $28.08, less 15% S&S = $23.87 ($1.99 ea)

The clear winner per ounce is the larger size Extra Crunchy (7.96 cents/oz). The large creamy is 9.55 cents/oz, and the smaller sizes 11.9 cents/oz. Food banks prefer the smaller sizes.

Do yourself a favor and look at the reviews of the deliveries for this. I made the mistake of ordering once and disgusting was an understatement.

For a healthier option, choose peanut butter that lists only peanuts and salt as ingredients. Many commercial peanut butters contain added sugars, oils, and preservatives, which aren't necessary for great taste and can add unnecessary calories and unhealthy fats to your diet. Reading labels and opting for simpler, whole-food ingredients can contribute to better overall nutrition.

Yeah, but budget. You can easily spend $7 on a jar of organic PB with minimal ingredients.

Did you put in in fridge after opening? Otherwise you got a bad Jar maybe. Never had peanut butter go bad. Even had an unopened natural jif jar buried in back of my fridge almost 18 months after best Buy date. It tasted fine other than the solidified white oil layer on top
