I have several rental houses, all of them with washable laminate flooring. I don't waste time using products that only add fragrance to the air but definitely don't clean well. I use Fabuloso in a spray bottle, diluted one part with one part water. Immediately after, I use a Cedar brand mop. I wring it out in clean water. A fast, safe and efficient method. Years ago when I used to shop at the 99 cents only store, this was a regular item I would see for 99cents. Not sure what happened but $5.99 as a normal price after knowing its value is hardly 99cents is not worth it for this crappy cleaner.

I agree, scent is way too strong. Many cleaners use this stuff, cause it's cheap. Not my scent of liking.
