The miter gauge and the fence are absolute garbage, the saw is okay for light-duty work
if you can deal with the very small table.

They've been pushing for table saw safety regulations. True.
If those regs gets passed, it would give them a virtual monopoly. True.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, my short little posts about this issue in a deal discussion for a different brand saw haven't delved into all the nitty-gritty details about Sawstop, but they are accurate summations. If you really need the specifics, there are hundreds of websites, including legislative committee hearings and various court cases as well as dozens of youtubes available to get those exact details.
While you nitpick around the edges, the truth remains true.
