I agree it's not a great price as far as a basic horizontal shed goes, but for this particular shed, it was not a bad price. If one were to follow the price of this exact shed, this was the lowest price it has ever been. The regular price of this shed varies from $600 to $700. This deal matched the lowest price ever on Amazon (it was the same $489 on prime day). The shed is $652 at Home Depot now, though it can be had on Amazon for $600 quite often. I do believe this shed's predecessor model used to be cheaper. I do not know what they changed, if anything. But for what it's worth, this particular model typically retails for higher now.

My HOA allows sheds up to 8' by 8' in base, but only 6' in height, which seems silly; but many HOA's have a 6' height requirement. And so, unless you get one custom made, this shed presents a unique proposition of being one of the largest area short-height resin sheds you can find.
