The ECX are ok. If you're an electrician try the Bosch P2R2. I prefer the Bosch bits which have been around for awhile. They're a combination of #2 Philips and Robinson. The ECX are only good for electrical screws. The Bosch ones are superior imo because they can also be used on all types of Phillips screws of all sizes, like drywall screw or the little screws to put in devices as well as the screws to tighten the terminals (they will break the screw before striping it out) just as well as the ECX. So you can put on a 4 square cover, tighten a coupling, drive in an easy anchor and instal a device all with one bit. The ECX work strictly on the device terminal screws.. It's a one trick pony where the Bosch bits do it all. Idk why they even came out the ECX to be honest.

Holy shit I didn't even know ECX was a thing. I've went my whole life using oversized phillips or just flat heads on these screws. FFS man I hate everything. More shit to buy now

As. DIY'er that's done a fair amount of electrical work recently:

1) ECX is a thing.
2) different colors for different bit types. Half looking one has a tendency to pick the wrong one most of the time. Permanent position in belt help, but also color coded.

Got in December for the same price. Had to return because packing sucked they sent them with no box and when I got them they looked like someone used them already.

I ordered that Milwaukee set like 4 weeks ago. Home Depot claims it shipped but FedEx never showed it as delivered to them for transit—only "label created." Home Depot told me for weeks that it would be arriving soon. At the 3 week mark I called them and wasted 20 minutes on the phone with an overseas script reader only to have them tell me that they couldn't reorder it for me. They would have to refund the order and I would have to re-buy the item. It did not go over well with me.

A significant number of electrical screws have that head on it. You can use a normal flat head, but the ECX doesn't cam out as easily. Plus, you can really crank down on them when needed.

No ECX. I'd stick with Milwaukee. $25 for all the screwdriver anyone needs.
