Which spec tells us how deep this can cut. Like how much does the blade come out, can it cut 4" thick wood? Or do I have to cut one side turn over cut the other side?

As the OP mentioned, this is a great entry-level table saw. I was lucky to find one at my local Lowe's on clearance for $134.00. It is very easy to cut, has excellent dust management, and the blade it comes with is also good. And yes, you can cut a 4"x4" with it at the highest height.

The 'better' stand is really debatable. The Skil Table saw stand is sturdy and an integrated that can be easily folded with a button on each leg making it incredibly easy to store. It is certainly light enough that wheels are unnecessary.

As far as '25% more cut capacity' goes, can't verify it, but thinking being able to cut a 4x4 in one pass is sufficient.
