Walmart has their generic "Great Value" brand of this for even cheaper, same ingredients and same size container. My wife uses it and says it works exactly the same as the more expensive stuff.

Very helpful! Was wishing to switch away from this one. Can you please provide exact name or link to the product on walmart?

Thanks, do you have a link for that? All I see is "Equate" store brand, white container, looks pretty different.

CCC shows average price over the last year is about $18, so decent discount, but like most items, nothing near how much off is claimed.

FWIW, I've used Kiehl's products for several years and love them. A few weeks ago, a (slightly tipsy) person I met at a wedding called me a "baby-faced motherfarker" when he found out I was in my early 40s instead of the mid-30s he assumed. My daily is the Facial Fuel, [kiehls.com] which is around $5.50/oz when it (frequently) goes on sale. It seems to be focused on overall skin health (vitamic C, chestnut extract) as opposed to just retaining moisture. With the current discount, the product linked in this deal is about $7.30/oz and seems to be completely focused on moisture retention. I use a Neutrogena daily facial cleanser, and their sunscreen line is easily my favorite, but I think there are better options than this for a daily moisturizer, especially for the money.

Do you happen to know the Walmart equivalent of the discontinued GEL-CREAM extra dry?

This used to be my go-to when it first came out. I'm not sure if the ingredients have changed or if my skin just doesn't like it anymore, but it does not work or feel as good as it used to. Any suggestions for similar products? (Noted the Walmart version, I'll take a look at that.)

Is that the case for items that say shipped and sold by Amazon?
