You can't sit it up on its tailcap which is kind of annoying. It also has 1 mechanical switch that turns light on and off, and 1 electronic switch to change modes. Another little odd choice.
That said, it's by far the best light at this price point if you want a narrow focused beam.
thx!

I have a nice flashlight powered by two 123 batteries that I've had in my car since 2005.. It's pretty powerful.
When would I need a flashlight that has a narrow beam like this one?
Also, what would be good flashlights for home, car, and garage in the event of power outages, etc??

The only minor cons I have with it are the rear tail button switch vs just the side button on the side, which I've become accustomed to over the past few years with all of my EDC lights. And it's on the larger size for riding at night, but due to the Buck driver, it will maintain its peak brightness for much longer than the TS11 and other lights from these companies and others that use fet drivers, which heat up quicker and cause the light to auto dim as it gets hotter and hotter.
IF you want a long throw flashlight, this is an unbeatable price. I'm going to order one for my mom. If you want a smaller, pocketable size thrower, get the TS11 with the 18650 tube.
