It's a shame they put Silicone Dioxide in there. That's what happens when you get bought out by General Mills.

Silicone Dioxide is basically powdered sand or Quartz. Helps the cheese powder pour out the bag. You can feel it in your mouth when you it this.

The additive itself is inert. Though the nano sized particles of it may cause long term damage by getting lodged in your guts.

Inhaling it though, has shown to be very dangerous.

Wait until you find out that you need to add dihydrogen monoxide, which can cause death in a myriad of ways, even in small amounts. Horrific.

Wow thank you! 0.5g more fat in the kids version and surprisingly more sodium in the adult . Looks to basically be the same overall

Silicone dioxide is a naturally occurring compound. It's perfectly safe to ingest and it's found naturally in many foods. Stop the fear mongering 🙄
