The cheapest you can get this guitar used after shipping on Reverb is about $140. This is a good deal for a brand new guitar Epi LP.

I had that red epiphone a while ago. I never understood why it was on discount for $70. Then I got the classic: fret buzz, fret sprout, dry fret board etc. So it came pretty bad out of the box. You can use it as mods guitar but outta box as it's rougghh

Are you saying the Special had all those problems or the Classica had all those problems?

I personally would not buy a guitar that you can't intonate. I am sure it will be a very frustrating experience.

Is the SG a good deal or should I wait until a used one shows up on Craigslist?
