What's hilarious is prices have gone up but they have a function in the app so you can tip them WHILE you drive to Chipotle, park, get out of your car, go in, tell the person your name and have a bag handed to you.

Now they're giving away a 4oz side of guac they otherwise sell for $2.70 IF you use the app? Wow, what value!

Chipotle will also place your burrito or bowl in a small guac cup!

Their stock goes down and they give free guac. I hope inflation corrects and everything drops 20%….. at least.

Chipotle quality has gone way downhill the past couple years.
The same trend with its stock price in the last month.

My local chipotle LOADS up online orders. In person they are very frugal.
You can ask them for more free toppings in person or even straight up ask them to remake your bowl. Can't do that via app.

In my town, they won't mind to fight with customers or do argue over portion size.

Lots of negative sentiment here about Chipotle. You would think their business is doing poorly but last week's earnings report proved otherwise...

I would rather pay full price in person to ensure I get a proper portion size!
You will get more than a full portion of salt, however.

Marketing and sales campaigns don't often target or succeed on the intelligent.
