If you just need oscillating blades getting them off ebay or amazon from a cheap chinese supplier is probably fine for most people.

And this is coming from someone that only buys quality, brand name saw blades, drill bits, etc

I am just lashing on marketing of this item. They want to make you think you get 22 blades, like it is a good deal. $20 for 6 blades and one sender is just OK

Watch project farm's video on best multi tool blade. The Amazon ones are as good or better than the name brand ones.

Agree, I have yet to find a blade brand name or not that stands out as "great" compared to any other. It's a useful tool when you need it but I only use the oscillating tool when it's the only option as it tends to be the most expensive to run/slowest for the job for most tasks..

Yup, the only time I've really used it is when I was installing flooring in a room that previously had carpet

Wood/plastic/drywall, so it's for soft materials. If you don't need metal - looks good.

All of these cheap blades have an incredibly short life span. Carbide tipped ones are much more expensive, but also last much longer.

If you're just making a quick cut here or there, any cheap blade (or 2 or 3 of them as needed) will do. If you're doing a lot of work, or using this for work, I think it's worth it to go carbide.

Another vote for the amazon ones. They're like $1 each (if you buy about 30). I don't care if I hit a nail. These are disposable.

I've never seen one that wasn't.
