Up until recently I had a galaxy watch 4 classic for a couple of years.

For $99 new, it's a solid price

It's biggest cons are the battery life and the weight since it's stainless steel and not aluminum. Just also be aware it's processor is beginning to show it's age too (was getting a little laggy).

i thought it was hilarious that earlier this month i traded in my watch4 for a watch7 and, performance wise, i couldn't tell the difference. Not because the old one was buttery smooth, but because currently the watch7 is laggy as all hell. Really hoping it gets better.

i thought it was hilarious that earlier this month i traded in my watch4 for a watch7 and, performance wise, i couldn't tell the difference. Not because the old one was buttery smooth, but because currently the watch7 is laggy as all hell. Really hoping it gets better.

"New" in an open box from ebay is often not so new. It's likely $15 for a reason. That's fine for trade-in, but not so good if you want to keep it.

I traded in the Watch 4 for Watch 7. The performance difference is obvious. How is it possible that you don't see the difference? The Watch 7 is not lagging at all. Not sure if you're trolling.

Im not sure what difference you're seeing, aside from currently worse battery life despite the bigger battery size. Performance is nearly identical, and after the numerous updates to the watch 4 i don't get any performance lag aside from when it first boots, which is also present in the watch 7.

It's literally on my wrist and i have no reason to be lying. Incredibly underwhelmed by it if I'm being honest, but hey at least it'll get better with time if the watch 4 is anything to go by.

Same. I got the Watch 4 on a launch deal and bundle. I think I did it for $50 for the watch.

I traded the Watch 4 in for the 7. Huge jump in performance. I rarely used my watch and just wanted better battery life and the latest and greatest. I didn't expect the mundane day to day usage to be so dramatic and noticeable. Watch 4 is trash compared to Watch 7.
