Once I bought a GameSir controller with Hall Effect sensors I will never waste money on another Microsoft controller again.

I own about 6 Xbox controllers. Most are 2+ years old. I've never had stick drift with a single controller I've ever owned.

These aren't available online for me. I thought about calling the store to ask them to check inventory, but I remembered how my Sam's rarely answers their phones. They're too busy with 1 person in customer service servicing a long line of returns and new memberships. Target had these for $34 a few weeks ago. $24 aech would be better but people and resellers probably have already snapped them all up.

Another store that requires a subscription service in order to buy their products.
Sadly this has been the trend for years. Target jumped on board recently. Walmart has Walmart+.

Costco and Sam's have been membership only for ages, but they're putting more and more previously free services (like shipping) behind paywalls. I'm afraid someday you won't be able to shop online at large retailers without paying for a membership.

I assume stores love the subscription fees revenue and have done the math that by withholding services (some of which used to be free) that enough people will use the services less than the yearly subscription fee so they can make a profit. It reminds me of how mail in rebates used to count on enough people forgetting to redeem the rebates, and subscription services count on enough people not using the service enough so they can make a profit.

Be careful of that Cost Corporation -- they've announced they're hurting for money, as they haven't been "making enough profit". I'm sure they'll use that as an excuse to milk more from their unsuspecting members.

2/5 of mine have had stick drift. Try playing vampire survivors (my favorite game) with the drift. Will make you want to void the warranty on your TV by throwing controller at it

Stick drift on all 3 Xbox controllers I have. I would never buy one again. Not even at $10. Thanks.
I would at 10 and fix them all pretty easily

Simply not true. For casual gaming go ahead, competitive shooters you can definitely notice the difference.

Nah. I'd just send them to Microsoft to be fixed. It's wildly easy

Youre delusional to think radio frequency even comes close to hardwire. Casual.

I vouch for this controller too, no drift and better input lag delay in general than a stock xbox controller. I just got one recently and i now prefer it over my elite 2.. Cost 45 on amazon lol gamesir knows what they're doing. The G7 SE is what i have but there are other ones they have that are great too apparently. None are wireless yet.

Hah! I'm also a huge Vampire Survivors fan! Just gone done playing a couple of hours' worth. But to your point.. it's absolutely infuriating with stick drift..
