I have both and I can't tell my difference except that the newer Honeywell is so much easier to clean. You just snap off the grill and you can also take off the back. Not so with my Vornado, which is a PITA to clean.

If Target is out of them in your store, it's free shipping with your Redcard, and of course, 5% off the listed price. Around here, we have 27 Target stores, and I can only see the black or white in the stores. If shipped, they have all 5 of the colors.

I've owned one since 6/2020. I also own a different version of their "small room" fans, and two of their large fans. These move a noticeable amount of air. When I want to cool down fast I stand in front of my Vornados. I would call these more like personal fans, unless your room is a 3'x3' space. I would buy again as a personal fan. Bad thing: the hinge doesn't do a good job staying in position and naturally wants to tilt upwards at a 45°. I use a piece of paper to keep it pointed at a 90° angle. Again, I purchased mine in 2020 so that design aspect may have changed since then. These are also relatively quiet. As I said above there are two different versions of their small room fans. The other version is a similar design as their larger 660 fan. This other version moves just as much air and is able to stay in position.

Yes, the hinge and it naturally wanting to point upwards is a pain in the butt. Even with tape, it seems nearly impossible to make it permanently stay where you want it to, somehow.

If you don't mind the upwards angle, it's a great fan imo.

I never used the amazon basic, but they are known for making exact clones. Now these, i ordered 3 for my home. They are amazing strong. I had one on my desk back in the early 90s.

The biggest downside, be sure to keep the blades clean. They will collect dust, over time.

This deal appears to be dead showed 17 on the item page but 26 once I went to check out now 26 again on the item page. okay weird sometimes it still shows 17 on the item page or once you get to check out it's 26.
