I have this monitor and I highly dislike it. It tries so be a TV so much, and fails basic menu items that are important for being a monitor. So annoying. If I didn't get it for a crazy low price, I would've sold it forever ago. It tries to be two things and fails at both.
If it were 85" and OLED for this price, that would be a smoking deal.

That was the m80c I believe. That deal was $215, came with a webcam and I believe that monitor has a bit better specs, but of course is sold out now.

This one still looks to be rated well.

How bad are the viewing angles for these va panels? I'm looking to use this as a media hub for my kitchen area but not sure how much it suffers from the lack of wide viewing angles

The post says 178 degrees. I don't think this is a good deal for 60 Hz.

Samsung lost me around 2010. They've been making garbage products ever since, in every sector. Seems like the only thing they give a shit about are their Galaxy products.

300 nits VA... vomit
It is a good price if you don't mind that. Basically the price of a 27" IPS 4K monitor.

Can you please elaborate what you don't like about it, was seriously considering buying it and now I doubt after reading your comments. TIA.

If this was 120hz, it would be a smoking deal.

I got the 27" M70C about a month ago (ordered back in May) and feel it's a good value for the money as a kitchen TV. It replaced an old 24" Vizio. Hard to find 4K screens at this size that operate like a TV. I have a DirecTV Stream box hooked up to it and the DirecTV remote is able to control it without issue. Would have loved to get the 32" model but space wouldn't allow it.

Yeah they lost me too after the lemon Refrigerator. Will never buy Samsung again. Their appliances were tops but now the sales folks steer you away from them at places like Lowes. I would ignore the punk that responded to you above.
