Material and fit are good, the pockets suck. They are like half-size... good for a flip phone I guess.

My S24 Ultra fits just fine in the pockets, but Yes, does come Close to the Edge...

Exactly this. I've enjoyed this line of pants. I'm only 5'-7" so, as far as shorts are concerned, I've ended up gravitating more toward 6" inseam since I discovered how much more appropriate this tends to be for my height.
