- Bigger screen
- Better screen (120hz mini-LED XDR on MBP)
- 10GB more RAM (edit: just saw the BB link you posted so it's only 2GB more RAM)
- Better processor (12CPU/18GPU cores vs. 8CPU/10GPU)
- Better battery life
- More ports (3 TB4, HDMI, headphone, and SD card port on the MBP vs. 2 USB4 and headphone)
- Better speakers/mics
The only downside I see is that the MBP is bigger and heavier. You might also be able to get the $1500 MBA configuration for a bit cheaper and with an Apple gift card right now while their back to school promo is ongoing.
