I've ripped and removed the long intro/outros from the original. Much more enjoyable when rewatching

Season 1 is the OVA (13 episodes). AniDB link here. [anidb.net]
Season 2 is the TV series (27 episodes). AniDB link here. [anidb.net]
The first few episodes of the TV series roughly cover the same story as the OVA. That said, they're both classics in their own right and different enough that I would watch both.
FYI, Based on the episode lengths, it looks like this does not include the "Welcome to Lodoss Island!" mini-episodes. They're just cute little comedy sketches, but it's pretty funny.
