Received email with codes. Three things:
1. codes are photo copies of backs of cards which I found sketchy
2. these 1 month cards will enable recurring billing, so turn off after you load all your cards
3. No issue stacking 5 months on existing subscription

Edit: currently can still stack up to 36 months like usual,but in September it will be limited to 13 months.
