Thanks! Got one with 12.0 battery. I can always use few more batteries and I hate dealing with hacks. Few bucks more but still a great deal.

Is the 1" the most popular SDS in terms finding bits? Asking because I do alot of home DIY projects. Just never got around to getting a SDS drill until now.

1 inch is not a bit compatibility measurement. It's and indication of how big of bits you should use.

This is and SDS Plus. There is also SDS (smaller) and SDS Max (bigger)

All of those have many available bits.

If you're mostly drilling tapcons and smaller anchors this is overkill.

I hope you it's 2 x 3" deep holes and not 2 x 3" wide holes.

It literally will drill a 3 inch hole with a thin core bit and most non-professional/non-industry bits that size are going to be core bits. (I have a previous gen 1 inch M18.) The size is indicative of solid bits.
