hackable HD tool with free item battery kit deal. Go to product linked, select free gift (only choice is the 5ah xr battery & charger kit - not a great deal so suggest you do not hack for the battery kit) then order for pick up or delivery. I prefer pickup so I can complete pickup then walk back in to store to return unwanted part of hack deal. otherwise you need to try luck in cancelling unwanted items via text or phone before they process for shipment...pita iyam. after all is said & done, cordless zip tool is 89.50. not bad at all.

Just use a multitool. Cleaner. Has this in the past and it's a mess.

If you're hanging new sheets over window/door openings and electrical boxes, this tool allows you to make perfectly fit cutouts really quickly with practically zero measuring. A multitool isn't even in the same league for new construction.

But it is kind of a messy option if you're trying to make a cutout in an old finished room.

Yeah, I've got to design and 3D print a dust shroud with swivel vacuum port to use with it.

So essentially this is a handheld router...which means theoretically it can be replaced by a small handheld router if you got one already, just need this type of bit for it.
