Is there a better alternative? I don't think it's their fault that they are wrong though, Walmart's inventory system sucks even in their own app

BS won't show even if they have it, BS was showing no stock in my local store but found 1 on clearance. Unfortunately not at the price the OP got, mine was on clearance at $1,198…

target got them half price in-store long back. The prices you are mentioning are normal now a days

I got the display from target for $758 after open box and RedCard discounts, minus stand and remote. Found a stand on ebay and I already have LG remotes. Went to 4 local stores, this store display was the only one remaining. Also got the 42 inch new in box for $360 from the same store. But this is the only time one of these unicorn deals has worked out for me. Interesting the illustration on this posting and also on the Walmart product page is for the C2 from 2022, not the C3.

Came across this today for $274.50! I asked the employee if someone was buying it and he said his buddy was coming to buy it. Good luck at your Walmart with stuff like this happening. The price was reduced today FYI

came back to check randomly and it was price down at $799, had to take it
