Did the same thing to me. Ended up disputing the charge with my CC and getting $45 back lol.

This thing is worth its weight in gold. The brightness and clarity of the screen is nice, the attachment to the valve screws on so there's no real incorrect way to have it attached. The small battery might prove to not be enough to inflate a couple river tubes, but this is one of my go to's on a weekly basis to check the vehicle tires. Its big brother is even more beastly, but this is good enough for most consumers I feel.
