I have owned a genmax 9000w since 2022 and have used it through several extended power out situations ranging from 8 hours to 6 days.

I have taken care of it by the book (oil change, etc) and it has so far not had a single issue, its super quiet compared to everyone elses generator, great on fuel in eco mode, and has enough power to run my entire house.

For the features I needed this was by far the best one to get for the money, as it was a huge jump up to the next nearest competitor so for me it was a great purchase.

I felt like I was taking a risk getting some little known Amazon only store brand, but seeing it now at Sams Club, that is pretty legit.

I cant speak for this model, the customer support, etc just my personal experience. With all the back and forth about how good/bad a brand it is, figured having a legitimate user experience could help.

Anyone running this on their camper with dual AC's? I'm wondering if it could run both AC's and not trip if the fridge turns on or microwave is used

August 24, 2024, and ends on Friday, September 6, 2024. Florida tax free for generators under $3000.

Word is out that the Generators/inverters will be in proper supply for that sale. Most of the 11000 watt inverters are out of supply at this time.

This one would be a good bet for running everything except an AC unit 2 tons or larger.

My 11000 watt one will run my 2 ton unit with a proper hard start kit with no issues.

Thanks for the head-up on the Amrad TES5 Easy-Start 5 Hard Start Kit for Heat Pump - 1-5 ton! I'll look into where I can purchase the kit from.

Back in stock again so I ordered one. It arrived a few days ago and I fired it up (after adding oil of course). No issues on gasoline or propane. Connected a 30amp load during break-in and it handled it easily like it should. Fuel drain hose on the carb is a nice touch. The fuel selector in the middle (between propane and gasoline) allows the engine to run until it's out of fuel. I like having the carb empty for storage.
