Not so fast. This is exactly like Martha Stewart mattress pads that were on sale a few years back - they are awesome!!! ... Saved our beds multiple times from spills. I bought a few in different sizes and regretted not buying more, now is my chance as these look exactly like Martha Stewart - picture and description. IMPORTANT: do NOT put these in the dryer!!! They will get deformed and you might just throw it away after that - just air dry them after washing. https://www.macys.com/shop/produc...ID=5983817
Here is the original Martha Stewart post (there were many every time there was a sale):
comments say these "make noise" and "hot" - we did not experience these on our 3 beds. not sure what anyone would mean by run hot - you don't sleep on these, put a fitted sheet on top.

Thanks for this and the pro tip of not putting in dryer. But they're water proof so it probably won't even come out wet from the washer right? Jkk 🤣

With all due respect, if it isn't breathable, a fitted sheet isn't going to change that. To over exaggerate my point, it's like putting a plastic rain jacket on over your t-shirt. You're likely going to sweat unless it's cold out.

Doesn't it need to be non breathable to be water proof at this price point?
Yup sounds waterproof, not water resistant. Like, you want the soiling to pass through or retain when you wanted cotton?
The cover (the fabric touching the skin) can be cotton and the padding poly and the waterproof membrane can be whatever material they use. There are many examples of this.

With a sheet on top, it still will be sweaty and nosey
