Lazy kids never carry anything to school. They never take notes or spend time to read the test/exam questions, just answer random questions like c c c c c d d d d. They finish whole-50minutes-tests within 5 minutes. lol

Spirit airlines "personal item" size is 33 liters. So yes, this is the absolute limit. They have been cracking down on bag size and actually having people stuff their things into the bins. Understandable with their poor financials and incoming bankruptcy.
