Seems like a good backup pair of studio head phones. They lack bass response, but have clear highs and mids. I found this to be true on a well known pair of studio headphones that was over $100 anyways. Biggest complaint is that they're uncomfortable, no pivoting cups, it's just a solid head band and it doesn't cover your ear. But sound is good based on reviews, just that construction and thus comfort is lacking. In4one, thanks OP!

Those all sound like reasons to not buy one LOL. Here is a closed back over the ear BT set I bought. They are lightweight fairly comfortable, (and I'm used to $200 Sennheisers) , have pivoting cans and (mildly) padded headband, have plenty of bass and sound quite good for the $20 current sale price. By the way, I tried out a few similar ones first and ended up keeping these.

I'm thinking of making a post for them since the regular price is now $35. I paid about $23 for them in April 2022 and I don't think that was a sale price.

Why does it have mesh venting if it's closed back? Def a knockoff Sennheiser & i strongly doubt they will be good but they are cheap.
