Great price for a decent case from a quality brand.

This case supports two 5.25" optical drives on the bottom, which is really rare.

It has two USB-A ports, and an opening for USB-C that is covered. You need to buy the adapter separately (for around $10) to get the hardware to install for USB-C. Don't get tricked by the USB-C label next to the covered port!

Cant speak about this particular case but my full tower was an easy build thanks to some thoughtful design.

Heya, I wrote this in a thread for the deal on these that popped up earlier this year. I bought two of them for my kids builds, one with a normal air cooler (just the included wraith cooler for an AMD build) and one with an Arctic Freezer 3 AIO. The AIO cables were long enough to the point that they had to be kinda pressed up against the glass and the top of the case sits close enough to the top of the MOBO that the frame of the radiator blocked any inputs after it was installed. Neither of these were dealbreakers as I has already plugged in the mobo connections up top, but if you are someone who wants to do power connections after everything is installed this would be a problem. Other than that, they are great little cases that have a fun RGB controller on top of the case for the kids to play with. Plenty of room to work inside for a mid-tower case and fit my sons 3060 Ti with no issues.

I should have just gone with mid tower. After working on a mini-ITX case, I realized that I had to get specially sized stuff along with the mobo. The biggest gotcha was the SFX power supply.

Had I not already gone down the small form factor route, I would have just gotten this case instead.

I wrote a review on B&H "Big with allot of wasted space."
It's ok at $50 but you can do much better for a Mid-tower.

The only real plus is the 5.25" drive bay that 99% of people won't use

As I said on the other post, I have this case, it's not great, lots of wasted space, poor thermals.

Eh, I have no interest in RGB or seeing the dust.

I need to find an ATX case with metal sides and good airflow. Any suggestions?
Also probably a mid tower

I just seen the Fractal Torrent Compact. it looks like what I am looking for but it's a little expensive.

That's just Fractal and for the most part you get what you pay for.

Airflow mid tower...probably the Torrent/Torrent Compact but again, the trick is finding it on sale without the window. I've been bouncing between the versions of the Pop Air when I'm feeling cheap and jumping up to the Define 7 Compact when I'm feeling a bit more flush.

For non-Fractal alternatives, NZXT H5 Flow Compact might be a good choice. You could also look at the H7. Both are definitely function over form, which is what I prefer personally.

I don't need or want RGB or glass. Just want to maximize airflow and silence without compromising either to an extreme, preferably in a mid tower, without having to shell out $150+ for a case that I don't really need. I'll compromise on the size if needed but since the drive space isn't really needed, nor am I planning on using any water cooler or AIOs. It's just a 7700X with a 2060Ti. Light to moderate gaming at most and generally for 60-90 minutes at a time.
